PRIVACY

What stays on the phone.

cMail is a mail client. It does not run a mail server, and it does not send messages to a CodeSharper server.

On the phone

Passwords, tokens and message text stay on the phone.

Gmail and Microsoft

Sign-in is theirs. Those services see that sign-in. cMail does not store the passwords for those accounts.

Other mail

The IMAP or POP3 password stays on the phone. The connection uses TLS.

Ads

There are no ads. There is no analytics service that reads mail.

Backup

A manual backup is a file you keep. A scheduled backup can go to a folder on the phone, or to your own Google Drive if you connect it.

Contact
